King John, True Story'

The Major Oak is a huge Oak tree near the village of Edwinstowe in the heart of Sherwood Forest, England. According to local folklore, it was Robin Hood's headquarters.Well the story is simple. King Richard goes on a crusade, leaving "Prince John" behind and in charge. Price John rises the taxes, and kills people if they don't pay them. Sir Robin of Loxley (Robin Hood) gets together in Sherwood forest and starts up a band.

Together with Friar Tuck, Will Scarlet, Little John (Big Guy)  and a few others, fight the sheriff any way they can, and hurt him bad by Robbing the rich and giving to the poor.

< Mayor Oak Robin Hoods headquarters in Sherwood Forest.

Anyway, Robin and his band of merry men are outlaws, and Maid Marian is captive at Prince Johns castle, where Robin rescues her. Finally King Richard returns from the crusade, gives Robin and his men a pardon, and banishes Price John.

Robin and Marion live happy every after..

Oh and Robin was a good shot with a bow and arrow ! :)-
